Finding Balance

When I say find balance I mean a rhythm. A flow. A way in which you do life on a day to day basis. I believe this balance cannot be achieved until you have a clear goal on how you desire your life to be. We find balance in the things we need to do in order to meet those goals. I do believe that some of us are in some form of balance, but not all of us are in a healthy balance. We all have a rhythm to our life. Things we do each day rather they are serving us or hindering us. Depending on which flow we are in will determine whether we are in a healthy or unhealthy rhythm.

If you find yourself in a unhealthy rhythm it's as simple as assessing what current habits you are currently operating in. When we assess our mess we are better able to address it. Take time to write down your goals, and set yourself up a routine that will allow you to pursue those goals daily. Each day dedicate time to that routine. Once you do this you will start to see change. The change will happen slowly so don't fret if you have some mishaps. Change takes time. Don't fret, be patient with yourself, give yourself some grace, and remain hopeful for the future, because as long as you are in pursuit of acheiveing your goals you are successful.
