You Build Success Little By Little

If you are anything like me then it is extremely hard trying to embrace the process. All of my life the things that I want have come to me when I wanted it. Once I began my walk with God that all changed. I realized that I had to actually put in a lot of effort, dedication, and hard work to become the woman He is calling me to be. She wasn't just going to show up, but I had to and still have to discipline myself to show up in the characteristics that she carries. It is no easy task, and at times I wish I had arrived rather than still be arriving. I'm learning that instant gratification doesn't exist when you are on a journey to becoming who you are in Christ.

It happens little by little. It's a life long journey of evolving. It's the same thing with success. We don't just arrive. We have to go through some things before we can reach our desired goals. We have to embrace the in and outs of the journey. We have to apply ourselves in ways that we probably never have before. It doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, so be patient, and force yourself to love the process.
